Sustainability

Support the delivery of sustainability advisory services, including sustainability reporting, materiality assessments, climate-related disclosures, carbon accounting, stakeholder engagement and sustainability strategy development for listed and non-listed companies across Malaysia and the ASEAN region.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Business, Finance or a related discipline
• 2–5 years of experience in sustainability consulting, sustainability reporting or a related field
• Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks and standards, including GRI Standards, IFRS S1 and S2, Bursa Malaysia Sustainability Reporting Requirements and the National Sustainability Reporting Framework (NSRF)
• Experience preparing sustainability reports, materiality assessments, greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories or climate-related disclosures is preferred
• Understanding of carbon accounting principles, including Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions, is an advantage
• Strong research, analytical, report writing and presentation skills
• Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage
• Ability to facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, workshops and interviews with clients and senior management
• Experience liaising with clients, regulators and project stakeholders is an advantage
• Relevant professional certifications or sustainability-related training are an advantage
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, workshops and project assignments, where required
