Sustainability Consultant
Sustainability
Support the delivery of sustainability advisory services, including sustainability reporting, materiality assessments, climate-related disclosures, carbon accounting, stakeholder engagement and sustainability strategy development for listed and non-listed companies across Malaysia and the ASEAN region.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Business, Finance or a related discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in sustainability consulting, sustainability reporting or a related field
- Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks and standards, including GRI Standards, IFRS S1 and S2, Bursa Malaysia Sustainability Reporting Requirements and the National Sustainability Reporting Framework (NSRF)
- Experience preparing sustainability reports, materiality assessments, greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories or climate-related disclosures is preferred
- Understanding of carbon accounting principles, including Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions, is an advantage
- Strong research, analytical, report writing and presentation skills
- Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage
- Ability to facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, workshops and interviews with clients and senior management
- Experience liaising with clients, regulators and project stakeholders is an advantage
- Relevant professional certifications or sustainability-related training are an advantage
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, workshops and project assignments, where required

Environmental Consultant
Environment
Conduct environmental impact assessments, regulatory permitting, environmental monitoring and compliance audits for industrial, infrastructure and development projects across Malaysia.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Ecology or a related environmental discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in environmental consulting, environmental management or a related field
- Experience in environmental impact assessments, environmental permitting, compliance monitoring, environmental monitoring or related environmental studies is preferred
- Familiarity with Malaysian environmental regulations, Department of Environment (DOE) requirements and regulatory submission processes
- Strong technical report writing, analytical and communication skills
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to conduct site investigations, environmental monitoring and field assessments
- Experience liaising with government agencies, clients and project stakeholders is an advantage
- Registered DOE EIA Consultant or other relevant professional certifications are an advantage but not mandatory
- Willingness to travel for site work and project assignments, where required
